Diagnosis and treatment of possible effects of radiation exposure require that the exposure be evaluated (see Public laws 68-330, 78-590, 95-134). The most recent statute, Public Law 96-205, is not free from ambiguity but the least it provides for is radiolcgical screening, dose assessment, medical care and environmental research for people who may reside at Rongelap, Utirik, Bikini and Enewetak Atolls.
