Soon after her arrival in the forward crea QIPSY reported

Pearl Harbor Baval Shipyard flew to the forward area to inspect OIPSY.
Te was finally decided that she should be replaced, ani ancther ARSD,
the URIDER, wes ordered in to relieve her. HEADER arrived ca 23 March
emi GYPSY departed the 26th. for shipyard repairs.
