(nh) Dependable Shot Island Electrical Power. Consideration has been given to the vroblem of suitable power sources for the shot island installations. The scientific require- ment is that this power be made as dependable as is economically feasible, and that a system be provided for monitoring the shot island power during shot periods. OUTLINE: The above items constitute the principal scientific requirements. The construction program which is currently in progress is designed to fulfill thece requiroments, details of the construction program are furnished in the following sections of this Supplementary Report.
