1, GEIERAL:

The following conditions of Typhoon Alert are established for

Litlle advance warning can be expected if and when
Tidal Wave occurs.
Each Squadron Cormander must be prepared to execute
inmediately all precautions that time will pernit, i.e.,
muster personnel, procure and place raticns, and water
inside "Pacific" type buildings that are to be used for
shelter, secure classificd documents, place available
2% ton or larger vehicles on storm appronch side of
buildings ami be sure that all personnel are insido
appropriate "Pacific" type buildings in adequate tine
to safeguard lives,

ATERT ANNOUNCEMENT:
ae Task Group 7. 2 will cause a series of prolonged blasts over
the siren systen.
be The Trovost Marshal, TG 7.2, is responsible that the ccnditicn
of the alert is announced over the public address systen,

Adjutant, Test Support Units will insure that Squadron Co:wmnders
are aware of the alert.
ad, Squadron Commanders will be responsible for nctifying each
section cheif within his squadron cf the situation,

PERSONNEL ACTION UrON ALERT ANNOUNCEMENT:

Squadron Cormmnders and all staff officers will report withcut
delay to Headquarters, Test Support Unit.
Other personnel (officers ani
airmen) report to their squadron area, for briefing on situation and action
required.
