UNIT DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY UNITS MARINE FACILITIES Marine Facilities on Gene consist of a coral fill jetty with a sta- bilized coral surface, which is approximately 7' above low tide, 944! long x 50' wide. 210' at the end of the jetty is 100' wide and con- tains a personnel pier, a cargo pier, amd a concrete ramp. The personnel pier is of wood and 12" diameter wood pile construction, and is 72'-2" long x 10' wide and contains a stairway leading to a landing ramp 34'-6" long x 3'-9" wide. The cargo pier is of similar construction and is approximately 30' long x 24' wide, and contains a wing on each side perpendicular to the long axis; each wing is 30' long x 3* wide and contains a 3' high wood handrail along one side. The ramp is of reinforced concrete construction, 110' long x 85' wide x 8" thick, and slopes towards sea level at a 10% grade. Marine facilities include a 250' wide turning basin and a 150' wide channel to the lagoon, both of which are dredged to minus 7’. Each B.C.0. 294 authorizes the fabrication and installation of three dead- man anchors, required to assist in the landing of heavy loads.
