This annex prescribes the policies and resnonsibilities

for installation, maintenance and operation of communications-electronic
facilities in support of Air Force activities in the Pacific Proving
Grounds (PPG) during the interim period following Cperation CaSTIE

2, GUIDING PRINCIPLES

No further full scale tests will be conducted in the Pacific
