This annex prescribes the policies and resnonsibilities
for installation, maintenance and operation of communications-electronic
facilities in support of Air Force activities in the Pacific Proving
Grounds (PPG) during the interim period following Cperation CaSTIE
2, GUIDING PRINCIPLES

No further full scale tests will be conducted in the Pacific
b,
Task Group 7.2 will provide communications sunport and
Proving Grounds within one year of completion of Operation CASTLE,
coordinate communications requirements for all elements of the Eniwetok
Garrison Force,

It will provide crypto guard facilities for all Air
Force activities in the Pacific Proving Grounds,
It will operate and maintain a relay center, Eniwetok,
with the following termin- tions:
