The act entitled “An Act to authorize certain appropriations forthe territorics of the United States, to amend certain Acts relating thereto, and for other purposes” (91 Stat. 1159; Public Law95-184) is amended— (1) in subsection 104 (a), by striking out paragraph (4) and redesignating paragraph (5) as paragraph (4); and (2) by inserting after section 105, the following new newsection: Page 2, Hine 23, after “provide” insert “for the people of the Atolls we of Bikini, Enewetak, Rongelap, and Utirik and for their descendants”.
