(3) Requirements (a) Possess a capabiiity to take hourly surface cbservations and four rawinsonde observations daily The rawinsonde observations will attain a minimum height of 90,000 feet. All observations will be taken in accordance with current procedures and expeditiously transmitted to the Task Force Weather Central. (be) Assemble personnel and equipment at a central location in the ZI by the first shot minus eighty (80) days.
