Reports by ATCOM ENIWETCR to CINCPAC will confora with alert condi- tions as defined in Annex X and Z zo CINCPAC General Ezergency Operation Plan No. 11-53, dated 20 June 1953. . WHITE Alert, as employed in this plan, indicates that hostile action or attack on forward area installations is igwninent and will oceur within a period of time specified by ATCOM ENIWETOK. RED Alerz indicates that any one or all of the forward area po- sitions are being subjected to hostile reconnaissance or attack. Since this plan as desimed to comply with CINCPAC General Energency Cperation Plan No. 11-53, CJTP SEVEN will be referred to as ATCOM ENIWETCK. In the absence of CUTF SEVEN, while the task force headquasters is in the forward area, the senior teak force officer . present will discharge the responsibilities of ATCOM ENIWETOK.
