(4) CTS 7.4 will schedule and dispatch all liaison and helicop-~

ter atreraft.

(5) Normatly, reqnirements for liaison aircraft and helicopter

use will be subsitted to CTO 7.4 by using agencies prior to the day
laft 1s required. Requirements will be detailed, to include conplete inter-island itinerary and livt load.

Inter- Atel? Airiift Operations

a. CTS 7.4 will orovide an inter-atoll airlift system between
ENIVETCK and BIKINI ATOLLS, with flights to other atolls in the forwari irea as required to support joint task force elements.

c. vn KOON minus one day, all C-47 aircraft will be withdrawn froz
ENIWETCY-SIKINI service. Subsequent to KOON shet the ENIWETOK-BIKINI
esrvice will be provided by PEM aircraft, taking off fron ENTWETOK
ISiAND airstrip an? landing in the BIKINI lagoon.
a. o.S 7.3 will place two (2) PBM aircraft under the operational
control of C%G 7.4 to augment the ENTWETOK-BIKINI afrlift system.
