On matters pertaining to the test operation, the Director and personnel of the Office of Information will report to the Teat Manager. On other matters the Director will continue to report to the Manager, Santa Fe Operations. 8. To the extent necessary for and essential to the accomplishment of the assigned test missions, a 54-hour workweek is authorized and approved for all AEC employees and all AEC cost-type contractor employees involved in the Las Vegas or Nevada Test Site areas dur- ing the operational period.
