determine if any information action not scheduled in
this Plan is warranted, Recommendations for action
will be referred to the appropriate authorities,

and operational procedures; discussion of radiation
effects; material onmonitoring and fall-out reporting;
details of improved weather forecasting; methods of
dissemination of radiation warnings, etc.
