The outline

Act and the Council on Environmental Quality's Guidelines,
the DEIS is structured to cover the entire vrogram for the
*sSiicleanup and rehabilitation and is intended to be published

At the interagency meeting of 7 Septanber
11972,
it was agreed that DOD would be the lead agency in tne
preparation of the DEIS.
