Enforcement. ; i ; The Director of the Marshall Islands District Realth Sorvices shall be nominally responsible for carrying out and enforcing the provisions of this act, but may, at his diserction, ccnfer with other district officials, tha Department of Nealth Sorvieas and tha Special Joint Conmittee or the presiding sO officers of the Congress of Micronesia.
