Departure procedures will be issued by the Personnel & Receiving Offices prior to departure. C. Check Cashing Facilities: Personal checks will not be chashed in the Forward Area. Travelers Checks may be chashed at the Post Exchange and Postal Money Orders at the Post Office. Travelers Checks, certified checks, and cashiers' checks of not more than $50.00 each will be chashed by Holmes & Narver, D. Personal Expenses: The charge for subsistence in the Forward Area will be $1.50 per day, payable on a monthly basis and prior to departure.
