RESPONSIBILITIES: a. CJTF SEWN will: (1) Prepare and distributeinstructionscoveringthe storageor method of securingali Headquarters,.JTFSEVEN} property~equ~pment,cla~sified material,buildings,tents, etc., which may be left unattendedin emergency evacuation. (2) prepareand distributeproceduresconcerningmustersof Headquarters,JTF SEVEN, assignedpersonneland other individualsbilletedon FIMER for whom the JTF SEVEN HeadquartersProtocolOfficerhas cognizance. (3) Providefor the accountingof Headquarters,JTF SEVEN,personnelat Bikini Atoll and arrange lift for routineevacuations. b. CTG 7.1 will.: (1) Coordinatethe evacuationof elementsof TG 7.1 with CTG 7.2 from FRED and DAVID and with CTG 7.5 for other islandsof ENIwETOKATOLL as well as BIKINI ATOLL. (2) Provideelementsof the task force with advancedata concerning the effectsof detonationsto permit planningfor the evacuationor protectim of task group propertyor facilitiesthat may be affected. C. CTG 7.2will: (1) Designateassemblyareas and embarkationpoints for FREE and DAVID. Coordinatewith other task groups. (2) Superviseand coordinateevacuationof all personnellocated on FRED and DAVID. (3) Arraruze for the movementof all patientsto embarkationpoints for type lift’~ecommend~d by medicalofficers. Ar~angefor necessaryspacewith TG 7.3 or TG 7.4 as appropriate. N-5
