TAMARIN *Baker-Howland is a part of the Land Based Program. Only that portion of the Land Based Program whichinvolves facilities located overseas, namely Baker-Howland, is included in this document. **A part of this program is conducted in the CONUS. Facilites or support requirements required for the CONUS portion of the program are not included in this document. A Scientific Station is any land-based facility or installation, either existing or approved for engineering and/or construction, used in a test program, which is required to launch payloads, or to observe, measure, collect, record, or display test results.
