To insure the validity of reports to SNPO-N and AEC, such
reports should preferably be made after consultation with
H-3 personnel and the Director's Office at Los Alamos.
If
LASL H-3 personnel or the Director's Office cannot be contacted, then information should be given to SNPO-N and AEC.
This consultation is especially important for gny incident
whica involves possible radiation exposure that might have
public impact.
