If the REENTRY TEAM is unable to contact the roadblock at any time, it will return immediately to the roadblock in order to reestablish communication. 2.3.3 When unusual conditions are encountered (radiation above background, for example) the REENTRY TEAM should withdraw to a safe distance and instructions. 2.4 Emergency Equipment contact the roadblock for further - Communications: 2.4.1 FIRE DEPARTMENT and SECURITY vehicles carry their appropriate radio nets which can be used for emergency communication. Telephones are located at the principal Test Cell "'C" Roadblock and at the principal R-MAD Roadblock at the Sandia Compound.
