ALOO and PMR have to work out the problem of splitting up the home office overhead cost in Los Angeles. Reeves prefers that the home office be kept intact and PMR pay a share to be worked out on a mutually satisfactory basis. The alternative is to split off a portion and identify it as the "PMR Activity Division, H&N" but Reeves feels this will divide management and engineering skills to the disadvantage of both interested agencies.
