T. PurposeandObjectives
The purpose of this Oparations Plan is to outline the field

portion of the Northern Marshall Islands, Radiological Survey
Program and to-establish responsibilities and procedures fox
its execution.
The objectives of this ficld effort are:

SurveyExecution
The survey will be conducted over a peried of three months
starting on or about September Ll, 19O78.
The overall] aevial, terrestrial, and marine program is expected
to include representatives of:
