Rongelap and Utirik Per Diem Problems There are perhaps $45,000 of unpaid claims under the expired (September 30, 1978) DOE/TTPI agreement and an unknown amount since then that will be picked up under the new proposed agreement which is now being reviewed by the High Commissioner and Marshalis Government.
