We are planning to arrive at Enewetak on October 5, 1977 to set up our counter. The trailer should be on at least a six inch pad of concrete. We need 110/220 V 60 Amp A.C. service to power our airconditioners and equipment. The airconditioner in the whole body counter leaks very badly. It needs either an outside drain or replacement. Both units should be checked to make sure they operate. Doug Clareus feels that we should have a spare airconditioner on hand in case of emergency. The ceiling light fixture next to the airconditioner in the counter needs to be checked. It shorted out from the water leaking out of the airconditioner. We also need the water and sewerage lines connected. The shower will be used by the people we count. We will need mattresses, sheets, blankets and pillows for four people. We are planning to stay in the trailer. It would be appreciated if you would arrange travel, rooms and vehicles for our group. If you have any idea as to where I could store the crystal, please let me know. Our schedule will be as follows: Dr. S.H.
