DESCRIPTION A 14 x 21-ft. shed addition was made to the existing 21 x 35-ft.
camera building on Sand Island.
The structure is an RF shielded wood frame,
covered with corrugated aluminum sheeting. The addition houses a supply and
maintenance area and a comparator room. Additional air conditioning equipment was installed to serve the new portion of the building. (Completedin 1964).
