PROCUREMENT To be accomplished. CONSTRUCTION Space on Akau Island will be provided for parking two PMR furnished 8 x 35-ft. trailers. The trailers will be placed on concrete pads centered around coordinates N 209, 950; E 204,320. The long axis of the trailers will be oriented in a north-south direction with the power outlets on the east side of the trailers. Each trailer will require approximately .10 kw of 120/208 volt, 60 cycle, 3 phase power. An isolation transformer located within the trailer will provide instrumentation power.
