CONSTRUCTION This facility will be located on a 200 x 300-ft. level graded area enclosed by a 2 1/2-ft. high wooden rail fence. Four (4) TC furnished instrument trailers, with self-contained air conditioning, will be located at the northwest corner of the field. The trailers will be protected by corrugated metal arches installed side by side, open at both ends and connected by a 3 x 7ft. passageway. The arches will be covered with 2 to 5 feet of coral. Each trailer will be provided with a 200 amp, 120/208 volt, 60 cycle, 3 phase power receptacle. Pads, antenna supports, or other construction will not be required since each antenna will be equipped with supports that rest directly on the coral subgrade. VOLI April 1969 1-46
