a. On 31 Mareh 1953, the JCS established JIF SEVEN (formerly
_ JTF 132) as a permanent Task Force for the purpose of conducting overseas atomic tests. Accordingly, it is contemplated that certain com
mand relationship principles previously established by the Commander
of a Joint Task Force under JCS-AFC authority will continue to obtain.
Uncer this command relationship concert, the Commander, Task Group 7.4
will:

area, the Army Task Group Commander will discharge the resronsibilitics
of CJTF SCVEN as ATCC, ENT ETOK.
