Test Director for Operation REDWING
Mr, Fields said it appeared that because of his
héalth, Mr. Graves would not be able to assume the duties
of the Scientific Director of Operation REDWING. He added
that Mr, Ogle would be the Acting Scientific Director for the
time being,

Norris Amendments to Community Disposal Act
Mr, Fields reported that he had received a letter
from Mr, Norris, Acting Executive Director of the JCAE,
forwarding proposed amendments to the Community Disposal
Act. He said these amendments would be circulated to the
Commission prior to the JCAE Subcommittee hearing at which
AKC staff would testify during the following week.

Mr. Fields reported on the explusion of a pressure
vececel at Oak Ridge and said that there had been no loss in
