Last month two employeea sustained injuries of this nature causing ten days of lost time for the emoloyecs, Exceptionally hesvy "lifts" such as carrying typevritcrs, files supplics or other heavy equipment, arc not cxpected of you. Leave this type of lifting to thoss who arc trained and nave cquipmonte if your job is one that rsquires liftinc, the following rules are recommonded by the Neticnal Saroty Council, as cfficient and safe proccdurss: 1.
