Your meworandus hag been reviewed an! it appears that toe intent
of our proposal was not made clear to you. In clarification, the
follewing explemation is effered:
It is not eur intention to take over envy of the radlelogical safety
responsibilities of the user groups. Our plan, we belleve, will
provide rad~safe services acceptable to the laboratories and will
mot usurp any ef their recognized responsibilities. Tse potloeephy
