Supplyof construction material“forthe test site construction. 4. Supplyof materialfor shorecommunication facilities. 5. Supplyof Army itemsdesiredby the Navy and Air Force. Army troopswere mountedfrom Oahu or the U.S. with complete TO & E equipment,and a 30-daysupplyof expendableitems.
