HHS Advisory Committee ” HHSwill establish an Advisory Committee to provide advice to the Secretary of HHS in setting the research agenda and in conducting the research program. Membersof the Advisory Committee will consist of representatives selected by the Secretary of HHS from non-federal employees and will include research scientists, public health offidals, representatives of public interest groups, and representatives of affected parties (e.g., workers, community residents). Both HHS and DOEwill have nonvoting members on this Committee.
