This form is an exact duplicate of a
form long in use by U. S. Engineers.

and control purposes.

Required by all Gevernment agencies

from Cest-Plus type A-E-C-M Contractors,
as a basis for Fee Payments. Required
by General Accounting office in every
instance where Contractor's Fee is based
on percentage of work completion.
Usually, barring abuse, Commercial Cone
tractor's permit the Meld Superintend-

ents to determine necessity for overtime. Other Government agencies custom-

arily require reports in much greater de-
