Most commercial firms would not require
this as a separate report, but Management of large concerns requires a daily
report of Cash and Inventory positions.
This form is an exact duplicate of a
form long in use by U. S. Engineers.

Furnished R. E. Cole, Director of Engi-
neering and Construction; is considered
customary and necessary for information
and control purposes.
Required by all Gevernment agencies
from Cest-Plus type A-E-C-M Contractors,
as a basis for Fee Payments. Required
by General Accounting office in every
instance where Contractor's Fee is based
on percentage of work completion.
Usually, barring abuse, Commercial Cone
tractor's permit the Meld Superintend-
ents to determine necessity for overtime. Other Government agencies custom-
arily require reports in much greater de-

ing Officer or his authorized representative. This report is not required by
A.E.C. Finance.
