The Headquarters and CivAd organization at Koror presently
consists of 14 naval officers, 44 naval enlisted men, including
13 non-rated personnel. In view of the progress made to date and
of future requirements, some reduction in the overall, naval per.
sonnel strength is indicated. For discussion of this problem,
see page 27 of the Report.
Renovation of permanent buildings on Koror for CivAd administrative and utilities purposes is proceeding satisfactorily,
except for the dispensary and tuberculosis sanitarium.
