C. Draft Repore The contractor shall submit a draft report in six (6) copies as indicated in A above. This report should include the resulte of a1) the research end any findinge. Subaission of this draft report should mark the completion of the major elements of the contract, except incorporation of the Department's comments and preparation of the final report. The DOI shall heave two (2) weeks to respond to the draft report. If the contractor does not receive a reply or a request for an extension of time within two (2) weeks, the contractor way assume the content of the draft report is acceptable. The DOI may, at its option, request a meeting with the contractor to discuss the draft report during the two (2) week review period. ‘Delivery: D. Six (6) | weeks after contract award. Ninel Report After receipt of the department's comment on the draft report, the contractor shall prepare and submit the finel report to the Department in six copies as indicated in A above. The Department will have two (2) weeks to review the finel. report and indicated to the contractor its acceptability or afnor modifications required. If the contractor does not receive a reply from the Department within two (2) weeks, the contractor aay presuse-the final report is acceptable. After acceptance or minor modification of the final report, the contractor shall prepsre and submit thirty (30) copies of the final report and a reproducible copy to the COTR. One copy shall be sent to the Branch of Contracts. Initial Delivery: Seven (7) Final Delivery: Eight (8) Z. , weeks after contract eward. weeks after contract avard. Briefings At a time to be arranged by the COTR, but no earlier than the twenty first week of the contract, the contractor shall] arrange to have key staff, consultants and subcontractors in attendance st @ seeting at the Department of the Interior, Washington, D.C., to present their specific assignments and areas of speciality and the ansver to questions on Western coal industry from Departoent personnel.
