- 1S- (4) Although the Interior Department's preliminary view is that a program for health care that is less extensive than that outlined in (a) above may not meet the requirements of the statute, it asks the contractor to develop a plan to provide health care for the people of Bikini, Enewetak, Rongelap, Utirik, Likiep, Mejit, Ailuk, Wotho, Wotje, Ujae, and Lae atolls, with respect to any injury, illness, or condition that may be the result, directly or indirectly, of the nuclear weapons testing program.
