20. H. It is the expectation of the parties that the Office of Secretary of Health Services will establish and corporate an Office of Vital Statistics. The Contractor shal] cooperate with and assist the Secretary with discharge of the Secretary's responsibilities with respect to vital statistics. I. It is the expectation of the parties tha the Office of Secretary of Health Services will establish and maintain staff with respect to assessment of environmental health questions and for supervising compliance of Ministry activities with applicable environmental law and standards.
