19. D. The Secretary of Health Services shal] provide permanent staffing and support to the Advisory Board provided under E. C above. The Office of Secretary of Health Services shall provide for regular contract oversight and community input to the Contractor and the Contractor shall cooperate to the maximum extent with the Secretary of Health Services in discharge of this function. F. It is the expectation of the parties that the function of health planning for the Government will continue to be discharged by the Ministry, through the Office of the Secretary of Health Services. The Contractor shall cooperate with and assist the Secretary of Health Services with discharge of planning responsibilities and shall furnish such data as the Secretary of the Secretary's designee may require from time to time with respect to health planning. G. It is the expectation of the parties that the Office of Secretary of Health Services will establish standards for evaluation of health services available and the quality of health services delivered. These standards will, to the maximum feasible extent, be measurable and objective. The Contractor shall cooperate with and assist the Secretary with discharge of the Secretary's responsibilities with respect to standards for evaluation of availability and delivery of health services.
