Draft Revort
The coueractor shall submic a draft repert in six (6) copies as indicated
in A above. This report should include the results of all che research and
any findings. Submission ef this draft report should mark the completion
of the sajor elements of the contract, except incorporation of the Department's
commeats and preparacion of the final report. The DOT shall have cwo (2)
weeks ta respond to the draft report. [IF the contractor does not receive a
reply or a requese for an extension of time vithin two (2) weeks, the
contractot tay assume the content of the draft report {fs acceptable. The
DOI may, ae its option, request a meeting with the contractor to discuss
the draft report during the two (2) week review period.

Mnal Report
After receipt of the departmenc's commence on the draft report, the contractor
shall prepare and submit the final report to the Deparscment in six copies
as indicated in A above. The Department will have two (2) weeks to review
the final. report and indicated to the contractor its acceptability or ainor
modifications required.
If the contractor does not receive a reply from
the Department within two (2) weeks, the contractor say presume the final
report is acceptable. After acceptance or minor modificarcion of the final
report, the concractor shall prepare and submit thirty (30) cepies of the
final report and a reproducible copy to che COTR.
