AEC Avea Manager hae advined that a draft staff paper on the Kaster Plan is
in preparation and will be subaltted to the Divieton of Mology and Medicine,
as Laboratory Coordinater, for review by interested Vashinzton Division.
The plan will then be presented to the Comission for considerations.
