Mr. Libby's Merrorancim Regarding Project SUNSHINE Mr. Ficlds reported that Mr. Libby had inguired by memorandum dated November 15, 1956, whether an increase of $1 million had been approved in the FY 1958 budget estimates for Project SUNSHINE. He said that a review was being made of this matter. 4, Mr. Libby's Proposal for Additional Funds for Isotopes Research Mr. Fields reported that consideration was being given to Mr. Libby's memorandum dated November 15, 1956, proposing that an additional $1 million be included in the FY 1958 budget estimates for development of new isotope uses. 5. PRDC Reactor Mr. Strauss reported that during a discussion with Mr. Walker Cisler earlier in the day, Mr. Cisler had indicated that financial arrangements for the PRDC reactor had been successfully completed. Mr. Strauss also reported that he had received a joint letter from representatives of six counties in Michigan urging the Commission not to revoke the PRDC construction permit.
