And, the portion of the diet that comes from the northern islands, as that portion increases, the radiation dose to that person increases. If all of the diet comes from the northern islands, that still is not a great catastrophe. But things can be better if none of it comes from the northern islands. it is a matter of degree. So And there are choices to make if there are benefits such as a better diet or a more delicious diet from going to the northern islands than confining to the southern islands. that the individual must make or the community must make.
