Except as ‘provided in 3. below, certified cost or pricing data shall be submitted prior to (i) the award of each lower-tic¢r subcontract, the price of which is expected to exceed $100,000, an? (ii) the negotiation of the price of each change or modificat! - to a Lowertier subcontract under this Subcontract for which the rice adjustment is expected to exceed $100,000.
