(4) Common Supply
(a) Issue expendablesuppliessuch as housekeepingand office
suppliesto Air Force and Navy elementswithoutreimbursement. All expendablesuppliesissuedto other government
agencies,includingAEC and its contractorswill be on a
reimbursable basis.
(b) Secure reimbursementfor spare parts and shop labor expended
for maintenanceof technicalserviceequipnentsnd DOD
general purposevehicleeon loan to anothergovernment
agency, includingthe AEC and its contractors.
(c) Issue any lst, 2nd, and 3rd echelonmaintenanceparts
requiredby Navy and Air Force elementson an exchangebasis,
without reimbursement.
(d) General purpse vehicles,spare parts, and the maintenance
and supply thereofwill be providedby COMUSATG 7.2 to TG
7.4. Maintenancepersonnelassistancewill be furnishedTG
7.2 byTG 7.4 as required,
(e) Special purposevehicle spare parts comnonto both Army and
Air Force will be providedon a non-reimbursable
basis by
COMUSATG 7.2 as mutuallyagreedwith CTG 7.4.
