DIVISION OF FUNDING BETWEEN THE SERVICES AND THE ‘TASK FORCE 1. The following ‘Normal Sermce Operating &q3ensesn~jare items considered included in normai military budgets of the SemLces without regard to participation in a specific test and will be financed by the Services: a. Pay and allowances of all service personnel. b. All cost of subsistence of sertice personnel other than reimbursement for subsistence costs intended in the payment of per diem for travel and temporary duty. co Cost of special clothing normaliy furnished service personnel when employed in severe climates. d. Cost of travel aridtranspn%ation of personnel to first Task Force duty station upon initial assignment and travel and transportation fr9m last Ta3k Force station to next re~ar duty assignment. ‘~FirstTask Force duty station” zs nomnally considered to be the station at which the intitidual or unit I control ~f the Task Force COmmander~ comes under the operat~ona.
