ciate Justices, and a Temporary Jus-

tice, and a panel of three temporary

judges. At present they are ail U.S.
lawyers appointed by the Secretary of
the Interior and employed under U.S.
Civil Service laws for full-time judicial
work. Currently the members of the
panel of temporary judges are the
Presiding Judge of the District Court
of Guam and two of the senior judges
of the Island Court of Guam.
