A two story brick building, gable roof sheet metal covered, erected on concrete
foundation walls 1'-4 1/2" x 5'-1" deep, sise 34'-0" x 42'-9", interior brick
walle supported by 1'-O* concrete foundation walls, five interior brick masonry
fire places, 3* bitusual conorete on sand support sleepers for tongue and groove
flooring of the firat floor, sand between second floor joist and ceiling joist,
motal lath and plaster covered walls and partitions except entrance and stair
hails, concrete entrance slab, complete with electrical wiring and fixtures to
provide an instrument work shop, the outside dimensions of each floor is 42'~1"
x 33'=4" giving a total floor area of 2,800 square feet, 10'-6" ceilings give a
cuble content of 29,400 cubic feat,
