DESCRIPTION The AEC Message Center (completed in 1964) in Honolulu is
contained in a 27 x 30 x 8-ft. high shielded enclosure. The center is equipped
to handle messages between the scientific personnel in the test areas and the
continental United States. The center includes equipment, circuits and relay
facilities to serve both the forward and Hawaiian areas.
